My birth nerd journey started long before I knew what the word doula meant. I'm a natural protector and nurturer so most of the roads I chose in life involved helping others in some way.

My passion is to empower all birthing families regardless of who you decide to add to your rock star birth team. I provide educational materials and tips to everyone I speak to.

I want all birthing families, of all races and classes to feel safe and supported through your birth journey and strive to give 100% to uplifting and empowering birthing families.

I strongly believe in birth rights of all birthing families. Maternal mortality and the treatment of birthing families is unacceptable. I advocate for your wishes and desires as well as providing space when you need it to make decisions. Your choices for your family are just that, YOURS alone. I want to connect with you and your family in a way that fosters open and honest communication.

Your journey will be emotional and sometimes overwhelming. I want to provide a helping hand, and lift you up in the choices you make.
